CamPlan Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CamPlan handles information when you use the Android application.

Information stored on your device

CamPlan stores the CCTV planning projects you create, including project names, camera quantities, recording settings, storage estimates, power estimates, and related notes, locally in the app's private storage on your device. Prodaleet does not operate an account system or server that receives this information.

Data collection and sharing

CamPlan does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information, project data, device identifiers, analytics, or advertising data with Prodaleet or third parties.

PDF reports and printing

CamPlan can generate a PDF report from a project when you request it. If you choose to print or share a report, Android presents the available destination applications or services. The destination you select may process the PDF according to its own privacy practices. Prodaleet does not receive the report.

Permissions and network access

CamPlan's core planning and calculation features work offline. The app does not request access to your camera, contacts, location, microphone, photos, or unrelated files.

Data retention and deletion

Saved projects remain in CamPlan's private app storage until you delete them, clear the app's storage through Android settings, or uninstall the app. PDF files sent to another application or service must be deleted separately from that destination.

Security

CamPlan stores project data in application-private storage. No method of electronic storage is guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should protect access to your device and review the destination before sharing a report.

Children

CamPlan is a professional planning utility intended for adults and is not directed to children.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated if CamPlan's features or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
